PRIVACY:

Any and all information gathered on our website is strictly to better serve our customers and will in no way be shared with or sold to any third parties without the customer's consent.  Shipping and billing information will be used to conduct business transactions between B.Y.O.Bliss and its customers and will only be stored temporarily, unless otherwise specified by the customer for their convenience.

 

RETURN POLICY:

At B.Y.O.Bliss we want our customers to be fully satisfied with our products.  We pride ourselves on our quality, and go to great lengths to ensure that each and every one of our products is carefully handled and packaged.  In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged merchandise, please email us at contact@byobliss.com in order to receive a return number and for instructions. 

If the merchandise is in good condition, but for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with it, you may return the item(s) to us, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date.  Kindly notify us via email at contact@byobliss.com in order to receive a return number and instructions.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the warehouse. 

Please note: a 15% re-stocking fee will apply and be charged to your credit card.

**Any items that have been personalized/monogrammed cannot be returned unless, due to our negligence, a mistake was made in the printing.  If this were the case, please follow the procedure stated above, and we will promptly replace the item.  We recommend that you carefully revise your order before submitting it in order to ensure that your request is accurately processed.

Any other return policy inquiries should be directed to contact@byobliss.com.  We will do our best to try to satisfy any and all requests in a timely manner to ensure the best level of service.

 

ORDERS:

All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be processed that same day.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be placed on the following business days.  You will be notified once your order has been received and again once it has shipped with tracking number information.  An email will also be sent out to advise of any back-ordered items.  If more than one item is on back-order, we will ship out the items as they come in, at no additional charge to you.

UPS is our official carrier of choice.  Shipping prices are estimated based on weight and destination and reflect a small handling fee placed by B.Y.O.Bliss LLC.

Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same transaction.
